Adoption Requirements

- Must be 18 years or older to adopt
- If you are renting or leasing, you must have prior authorization from your landlord.
- If you live in an area with Breed Specific Legislation, we will not adopt out any dog to you with any bully characteristics. This is to protect the dog, as well as the adopter.
- If there are any other animals in the household, they must be present at the meet and greet. This is to ensure that all the animals get along prior to adoption.
If there are any other adults or roomates in the household, they must be listed on the application and be in agreement about the adoption of a new animal.

Adoption Process

Submitting an application
The first step in the adoption process is submitting an adoption application. We will thoroughly process through it, and send you an email once you are approved. This can take us 2-3 days to complete.
Set up a meet & greet
Once approved, you will be able to set up a meet and greet with your dog of interest if we believe it is a good fit for your family. We ask that all members (Human and furry!) are there to meet the potential pup as well!
Adopt
If you love the dog during the meet and greet, you are able to adopt! our fosters are provided with paper contracts, but they are available online as well. Payment can be taken online or in person. Please supply your own leash and collar.

** Because we are a nonprofit organization, these prices may vary depending on the dog. Some pups come in requiring extra love, and in order to maintain our rescue and continue saving dogs, some adoption fees may be raised.**
